We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team at Starlite Recovery Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care and services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality care.
- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure excellent patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient-centered outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, operational efficiency, and financial performance of the nursing department.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing required; Master's degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing preferred.
- Five or more years of nursing experience, with three or more years of progressive managerial experience required.
- Three or more years of behavioral health experience preferred.
- Current TX RN license, CPR, and de-escalation/restraint certification required.
