Recertification Specialist


About the Role:

The Recertification Specialist is a critical position at Spring Creek Towers, responsible for ensuring that all Section 8 and 236 Annual, Interim, Initial certifications are completed accurately and on time. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process tenant annual recertification, interim, and initial certifications
  • Run monthly and quarterly EIV reports
  • Meet with tenants to discuss concerns related to rent charges determined by recertification
  • Enter data into appropriate databases and update trackers
  • Maintain resident files in a clean and organized manner per company policies

Requirements & Competencies:

To be successful as a Recertification Specialist, you must possess excellent organizational and record-keeping skills, be detail-oriented, and apply initiative. You should also have the ability to identify gaps and create improvements, work well with the general public, and within a team environment.


Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $40,001 - $50,000, depending on experience.
