We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Bohler. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the site design process, working closely with our clients to deliver successful land development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to our design staff, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Design Leadership: Direct the overall design and plan production philosophy, processes, and Quality Management (QA/QC) roadmap for projects across various industries.
  • Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted technical adviser and partner to our clients, listening to their needs and providing creative solutions and value engineering during concept, design, and construction phases.
  • Risk Management: Provide recommendations on individual projects to mitigate risk for our clients throughout design, construction, and facility use.
  • Plan Review: Peer-review plans to ensure they meet the required standards.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in site civil design (stormwater management, grading, soil erosion & sediment control, utilities, etc.).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with civil engineering technology (AutoCAD Civil3D), industry standards water modeling, and storm water modeling programs.
  • Industry Experience: Single family residential, data centers, manufacturing facilities experience is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: The ability to learn quickly and multi-task with strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic.
  • Passion for Site Design: A passion for, and experience with site design, creative problem-solving, and mentoring others.
