Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support with daily living activities, personal care, and behavioral support.

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Provide support with behavioral challenges and complex needs
• Develop and implement individualized support plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care
• Document progress and maintain accurate records

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
