About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.

Responsibilities
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse rate
  • Measure and record height and weight, intake and output
  • Care for the guests' environment, maintaining a clean and comfortable living space
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting, promoting independence and dignity
  • Support residents with eating and hydration, ensuring they receive nutritious meals and snacks
  • Observe guests' skin when administering care and report changes to licensed nurses, providing skin care as needed
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) license
