As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operations by engaging in various responsibilities. Your role as a Convenience Store Associate will involve:

  • Managing the Cash Register
  • Providing friendly assistance to customers with prompt service and engaging conversations
  • Ensuring our coolers, shelves, counters, and displays are well-stocked
  • Collaborating with the Store Supervisor on a range of tasks

Qualifications

  • A genuine passion for customer interaction and teamwork
  • Capability to stand, bend, or crouch for extended durations
  • Willingness to work in all areas, including cold storage
  • Ability to lift and transport a minimum of fifty (50) pounds
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling is preferred

Skills and Competencies

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in customer service or food service settings. Our Service Team Members prioritize customer satisfaction and are proactive, capable of managing multiple tasks collaboratively to achieve objectives.
