About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and make recommendations to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by adhering to visual merchandising standards, including product placement, signage, and display maintenance.
  • Sales Floor Support: Assist customers with purchases, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, stock, and process inventory in a timely and accurate manner to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years or less of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Skillset: Basic math skills, ability to operate a point-of-sale system, and excellent communication skills.
Work Environment

This role requires frequent movement around the store, including standing, walking, and bending. You may be required to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
