We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Eyelash Extension Specialist to join our team at Amazing Lash Studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality eyelash extension services to our clients.

• Design and Deliver Customized Eyelash Treatments: Create personalized eyelash extension sessions based on our unique styles and clients' individual needs.
• Perform Professional Eyelash Extension Sessions: Provide expert eyelash extension services to clients, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Maintain Sanitation and Sterilization Standards: Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and our studio's policies and procedures.
• Upsell and Promote Services: Understand, promote, and sell Amazing Lash Studio service offerings, including upgrade options.
• Provide Excellent Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for clients, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
• Generate New Business: Utilize our referral program to attract new clients and grow our business.
• Participate in Ongoing Education and Training: Attend and participate in required education and training classes with our Regional Lash Trainer to continuously improve skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
• Assist with Administrative Tasks: Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Participate in Studio Events: Participate in special events to promote our studio and attract new clients.

• Esthetician or Cosmetology License: A license in esthetics or cosmetology is preferred.
• Willingness to Learn: A willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques is essential.
• Positive Attitude and Demeanor: A positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude is required to provide exceptional customer service.
