We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Massachusetts. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care according to established care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Educate patients and families on health management and self-care techniques
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
