Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art catheterization laboratory. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with cardiovascular procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with cardiovascular procedures, including coronary angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements
  • Maintain and troubleshoot catheterization laboratory equipment, including fluoroscopy machines and ultrasound devices
  • Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical histories and procedure reports
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and laboratory efficiency
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, with a strong background in cardiovascular procedures
  • Current certification in Radiologic Sciences (RCIS) or Cardiovascular Certification (CV)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, with flexibility to accommodate call schedules and weekend rotations
