Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet all guests as they enter the bar area, take orders, and properly ring in sales using a POS station and/or handheld POS device.
  • Menu Knowledge: Know the full restaurant and bar menu, make thoughtful menu suggestions, and be knowledgeable of upcoming movies, advanced ticket sales, and all promotions.
  • Food and Beverage Delivery: Deliver food and drinks to tables, bus tables, and maintain a clean, safe, and clutter-free environment.
  • Food and Alcohol Safety: Follow all food and alcohol safety guidelines, and maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including but not limited to, lobby, restrooms, countertops, hallways, trash receptacles, game room, bowling lanes, and self-service stations.
  • Opening and Closing Duties: Complete all opening, closing, and side-work duties, and perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED certificate preferred, must be at least 18 years of age (21 years of age in OK), and have previous high-volume bartending experience.
  • Certifications: Food Handler and state alcohol certificate required.
  • Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs, and ability to lift 50 pounds at times.
