Counselor

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team at Pathway Family Services LLC. As a Therapist, you will work directly with children, youth, and their families in our residential treatment program to assist in learning important skills and techniques to maintain stability and permanency in the home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with children, youth, and their families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to promote healthy relationships and coping skills
• Collaborate with a team partner to meet case plan goals and locate resources for the family
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement

Requirements:

• Masters degree in human service-related field
• State required clinical licensure
• Minimum of two years' experience working with youth/families experiencing developmental, emotional, and behavioral difficulties
