Emergency Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Emergency Dispatcher to join our team at D&F Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. As a key member of our dispatching team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional customer service and that our team of plumbers and HVAC technicians are dispatched efficiently and effectively.

• Manage and coordinate the dispatching of plumbers and HVAC technicians to job sites
• Provide excellent customer communication and support
• Ensure top routing and prioritizing efficiency and revenue with every call scheduled
• Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our company's policies and procedures

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using ServiceTitan and other relevant software
• Knowledge of the plumbing and HVAC industry
• Attention to detail and ability to audit jobs and software processes effectively
