Axion Recruitment is collaborating with a reputable machinery manufacturing firm located in St. Louis, MO. We are seeking a qualified Industrial Maintenance Specialist to take on a critical role within the organization. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $30 to $42, commensurate with experience.


As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will be tasked with executing routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of industrial machinery and equipment. This role is essential for identifying and resolving any mechanical issues that may arise.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose and rectify any malfunctions or breakdowns.
  • Implement preventative maintenance strategies as required.
  • Assist in formulating maintenance plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Proficient knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to lift and maneuver heavy objects.
