Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at The Laurels of Coldwater. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, providing, and managing nursing care services and health education to our guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising the care and services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members who care for our guests.
  • Providing safe and accurate medication-related interventions to our guests.
  • Assessing the health of our guests and notifying physicians of changes in status, promptly implementing new orders.
  • Developing a plan of care based on assessment, implementing nursing care.
  • Selecting and instituting appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and/or prevent complications.

In addition, you will contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and the development of a plan of care.
