Responsibilities
  • Oversee project management and project controlling in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality for the overall evaluation of construction processes.
  • Develop and control projects independently, as well as conduct construction-related quality control.
  • Perform technical due diligence for real estate independently.
  • Prepare reports and present to clients (investors, clients, property owners).
  • Manage new construction and renovation projects (with a focus on construction controlling).
Requirements
  • Completed technical degree, such as civil engineering or architecture, or equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with regulations such as DIN and VOB for competent project execution.
  • Knowledge and analytical and technical skills to handle increasing technical complexity.
Skills
  • Willingness to take on responsibility, commitment, strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a structured and results-oriented approach to work.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English in both written and spoken form.
