Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our kitchen team at Wing Factory Dunwoody. This individual will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing all served food to meet high-quality standards
• Planning food production to ensure efficient meal service
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and portion control
• Following standard recipes and special diet orders to cater to diverse customer needs
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhering to strict sanitation and food production codes
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Previous experience in cooking or culinary arts
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
