Position Overview:
As a Certified Automotive Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues. Our technicians handle every service request, from routine maintenance to complex repairs, ensuring that we provide accurate assessments and solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues accurately.
- Perform a variety of automotive services, including state inspections, oil changes, and brake repairs.
- Communicate transparently with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and necessary repairs.
- Ensure that all vehicles receive the same high standard of inspection and maintenance while in our care.
Working Environment:
- Our facilities are fully air-conditioned, providing a comfortable workspace.
- We operate on a five-day workweek (Monday to Friday).
- Employees are entitled to vacation time, sick leave, and personal time off.

- Our shops are well-maintained and equipped with the latest tools and technology, including Snap On, Autel, and Launch scan tools, as well as a state-of-the-art alignment system with full ADAS capabilities.
Compensation:
Our pay structure is based on a flat rate system, with certified technicians starting at approximately $35 for 35 hours produced. As technicians increase their productivity, they can expect rate increases. We guarantee a minimum number of hours per week, with most technicians consistently achieving around 45 hours weekly.
