About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at ATC Philadelphia. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapeutic support services to children and adolescents with serious behavioral health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement interventions based on individual treatment plans, working one-on-one with clients to promote positive behavioral change.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including Behavior Consultants and Mobile Therapists, to identify and pursue medically necessary treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, documenting client progress and adhering to licensing regulations and agency policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
  • Must have certification as a BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT, or equivalent experience in behavioral health services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
