Key Duties:

The Dietary Aide plays a crucial role in ensuring cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen and dishwashing areas. Responsibilities include:

  • Performing various tasks to keep floors, walls, dish machines, and kitchen equipment clean.
  • Assisting the material handler as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service within an institutional or commercial environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the use of chemical sanitizers is necessary.

Certification Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid City of Ft. Worth Food Handlers Card prior to employment.
  • The card must remain current throughout the duration of employment.
