Job Title: RN Emergency Room
Location: Not specified
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift Details: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
Compensation: $2200-$2300 per week (for local candidates)
$2500-$2700 per week (for travel candidates, with a minimum distance requirement)
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care, including direct patient interactions, education for patients and families, and care transitions in an acute care setting.
- Provides comprehensive and personalized care to all patients within the designated area. Develops, implements, and coordinates a care plan that takes into account psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
- Promotes and sustains collaborative relationships among patients, their families/support systems, physicians, and other healthcare professionals through effective and timely communication.
- Complies with hospital policies, industry standards, best practices, and relevant laws and regulations to ensure an optimal patient experience.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing is required.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
- RN license in California
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
