About the Role:

Kootenai Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our oncology team. As a RN in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with patients receiving cancer treatment, providing them with the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, plan, implement, and document nursing care for assigned patients
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
  • Perform patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice
  • Promote patient independence by establishing care goals and teaching self-care skills

Requirements:

  • Graduate of nationally accredited Nursing program
  • Licensed RN with 3+ years' experience at time of hire (ADN or diploma required; BSN preferred)
  • State of Idaho Registered Nurse licensure pending or current RN licensure from participating state compact
  • BLS Required

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $68,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience
