Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:
The primary role is to perform inspections on products to established specifications. Inspections include cosmetic, dimensional, and functional characteristics. Dispositions non-conforming products as directed by a material review board or other authority. Creates and maintains quality records of all inspections and tests performed. Participates in root cause analysis as part of an 8D or CAR issued in response to an internal audit, quality concern, or other manufacturing issues. The salary for this position is estimated at around $65,000-$80,000 per year.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential qualifications include ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written English, ability to utilize Microsoft Office, and two years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Work is primarily performed on the manufacturing floor where noise levels may be moderate or high.
