We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Pipefitter to join our team at Huntington Ingalls Industries. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing pipes and piping systems in accordance with industry standards and company policies.

• Install, maintain, and repair pipes and piping systems using various materials such as steel, galvanized, copper, and stainless steel.
• Perform necessary plumbing work in connection with constructing, repairing, and maintaining shipyard buildings and facilities.
• Lay out, fabricate, fit, and install pipe systems in accordance with drawings, arrangements, and blueprints.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, and testing pipes and piping systems.

• Minimum of 4 or more years of verifiable marine, maintenance, or industrial pipefitting experience.
• Ability to layout, fabricate, fit, and install pipe systems.
• Tech Master Certification, High School Graduate or Equivalent.
