Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston-Woodlands, managed by Moody National Management LP. As a Room Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our guest rooms, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking supplies
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Promptly report any safety or maintenance issues to the Executive Housekeeper or Shift Supervisor
  • Assist with laundry and deep cleaning projects as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions and safety procedures
  • Good command of the English language; second language proficiency desirable
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude

Work Environment

This role operates in a hotel environment, and the successful candidate will be required to work indoors and use standard housekeeping equipment. Exposure to commercial and household chemicals and cleaning solutions is frequent.
