Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Med Surg department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
