Job Summary

This role will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training experiences that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training programs meet the needs of the organization
  • Manage and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs, including instructor-led and e-learning courses
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for technology systems used in course design and delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs are integrated into the organization's overall strategy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in instructional design and training program management
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, staff, and stakeholders
  • Experience with e-learning software and technology systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with web design and digital marketing

  • Experience in assessment design and development
