Position Overview:

As a dedicated Helicopter Pilot at Med-Trans Corporation, you will play a crucial role in providing essential medical air transportation services. Your commitment to safety and excellence will be paramount in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $103,227 - $113,551, which includes a 21% Geo Modifier.
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Retention Bonus: $40,000 after three years of service.
On-Duty Housing: Provided.
Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a team of medical professionals to ensure safe and efficient transport of patients to and from medical facilities.
  • Prepare and maintain aircraft in accordance with all operational manuals, regulatory requirements, and cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with MTC and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide detailed shift change information to incoming pilots and team members, adhering to established protocols.
  • Stay current with required certifications and participate in ongoing training programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Valid Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
  • Helicopter instrument rating.
  • Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
  • 2,000 total flight hours.
  • 1,500 hours of helicopter flight time.
  • 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) in helicopters.
  • 1,000 hours of turbine helicopter experience.
  • 200 hours of night flight experience in helicopters (aided or unaided).
Preferred Experience:
B407 experience is preferred.
