Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Infojini Healthcare. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for performing physical therapy evaluations, establishing plans of care, providing treatments, and evaluating the effectiveness of treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Performs physical therapy evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
• Establishes plans of care to meet identified goals and provides treatments to achieve desired outcomes
• Evaluates the effectiveness of treatments and modifies plans of care as needed
• Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
• Demonstrates effective leadership skills and is proficient in organizing, delegating, and providing education to patients, families, and co-workers

Requirements:

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Oregon
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Three years of experience as a physical therapist in an acute care setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
