Oculoplastic Surgeon

We are seeking a highly skilled Ophthalmologist to join our team at Henry Ford Health. As a leading provider of eye care services, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of ophthalmology through innovative research and education.
About the RoleWe are looking for a board-certified/eligible Ophthalmologist with fellowship training in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. An ASOPRS fellowship is preferred but not mandatory. Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and patient care, and will be committed to participating in multidisciplinary care teams.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Participate in teaching and education of residents and medical students
- Contribute to research and innovation in ophthalmology
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- Graduated from a medical school program accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education or the Canadian Medical Association
- Completed an ACGME-approved Ophthalmology residency program
- Board eligibility or certification in Ophthalmology
