Key Responsibilities- Engage with residents in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take food and drink orders with accuracy and deliver orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to all food safety and handling procedures.
- Assist with food preparation and setup as needed.
- Collect payment from residents and guests when necessary.
- Enter orders into the POS system for transmittal to the kitchen team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in restaurant, dining hospitality, and/or full-service senior living preferred.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely fashion.
