Karate Instructor

We are seeking a talented Combat Sports Coach to join our team at Impact Dojo. As a coach, you will be responsible for designing and delivering dynamic training programs that challenge and engage our students.

• Design and deliver training sessions that cater to different age groups and skill levels.
• Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students, helping them improve their technique and achieve their goals.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive training environment, ensuring that all students feel welcome and supported.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to develop and implement new training programs and initiatives.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience coaching combat sports, preferably in a youth development context.
• Proven expertise in a specific martial art or combat sport, with a strong understanding of its techniques and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
