We're seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team at McAlister's Deli. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Lead and direct staff to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.

  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve company objectives and goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
