Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned ERP Director to lead our Information Services team in driving value through the effective deployment and management of business applications, including Workday and UKG. As a pivotal leader, you will provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the successful implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of information management systems and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define ERP requirements and prioritize initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation of ERP systems, overseeing all phases from planning to deployment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party consultants to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Establish data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity within ERP systems.
  • Utilize ERP analytics and reporting tools to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (required).
  • 10 years of experience in ERP implementation (required).
  • 3 years of progressive experience in management (required).
  • Proven track record of successful ERP project delivery, including planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
  • Certification in ERP platforms or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
