Responsibilities:
* Administer high volume of outbound and inbound customer service calls
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
* Maintain and update customer account information in a customized database
* Comply with state and federal regulations, company policies, procedures, and guidelines
* Act as point of contact for general customer service issues
* Specialize in customer resolution
* Perform other duties as required by management
Minimum Qualifications:
* 21 years of age
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working with Microsoft Office programs
* Ability to multi-task
* Excellent customer service
