Back Waiter/Expeditor

Job Summary

Gravity Haus Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Back Waiter/Expeditor to join our team. As a key member of our dining service team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up tables with utensils, glassware, and plates, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Provide guests with fresh water and attend to their basic needs.
• Collaborate with servers to deliver food orders and refill beverages, enhancing the overall dining experience.
• Act as a liaison between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring accurate and timely food delivery.
• Monitor food preparation to synchronize delivery to the table, guaranteeing warm and ready items.
• Perform various supporting tasks, such as restocking condiments and resetting tables, contributing to the overall efficiency of the dining service.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in food and beverage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 70 pounds occasionally.
