Job Summary

Circle of Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to pediatric patients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with Circle of Care, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and developing individualized care plans for patients with various physical therapy needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to patients in their homes, using a variety of techniques and modalities to promote optimal physical function and mobility.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and responsive care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes, and communicate with patients and families to ensure they are informed and engaged in their care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited program.
  • Licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.
