Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment
  • Drive to and from customer sites as needed
  • Assist senior-level HVAC technicians
  • Inventory parts, materials, and labor for each job
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and on time
  • Identify and report unsafe work environments
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Requirements:
  • Enrolled or planning to enroll in formal training at a community college or equivalent
  • Knowledge of basic refrigerant cycles, components, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Ability to identify and use hand tools
  • Ability to abide by basic safe work practices
  • 0-1 years of experience in commercial HVAC service
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operations manuals
  • Ability to write reports and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
