Role Overview

About the Job

This per diem opportunity offers flexibility and variety in your work schedule, with day shifts only (Monday to Friday). As a Radiologic Technologist, you will perform digital x-ray and mammography examinations, utilizing your expertise to provide high-quality results. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain universal precautions are essential in ensuring patient safety.

You will be responsible for preparing exam rooms, stocking supplies, and maintaining equipment. Effective communication with patients, colleagues, and medical teams is crucial, as you will work collaboratively to ensure seamless patient experiences. Additionally, you may provide clerical support and administrative assistance as needed.

Requirements
  • A Massachusetts RT license, Massachusetts Mammography License, current standing with ARRT, and BLS certification are mandatory.
  • An Associate degree in Radiologic Technology with certification in mammography is required.
  • Competency in EMR and Microsoft Outlook is expected.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience working with diverse populations, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer service.
