About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead Meat Department Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of meat department associates to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Inventory and Merchandise: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of meat products to ensure accurate inventory levels and optimal merchandise presentation.

Requirements
  • 6 Months of Experience in a Fresh Production Department: Proven track record of success in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with associates, customers, and management to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
