Cybersecurity Specialist III

RxBenefits is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our cybersecurity team as a Security Engineer III. This role will be primarily responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing Zscaler solutions to protect the network, cloud computing platforms, endpoints, and applications used by RxBenefits employees and clients.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Zscaler technology, ensuring the smooth deployment and management of security policies across all organizational devices and services. This role will also involve coordinating multiple security programs and driving them to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of Zscaler ZIA and ZPA for secure internet access, cloud security, data loss prevention, and network security
- Configuration and administration of endpoint security, email encryption, and filtering with an emphasis on Zscaler Secure Web Gateway
- Coordinate security measures for Active Directory, Multi-factor authentication, and related security authentication systems
- Manage security programs related to cloud and local computer systems, focusing on compliance and system hardening through Zscaler
- Conduct ongoing evaluations to improve the organization's security posture, leveraging Zscaler for network and application security
- Assist in Incident Response
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum six (6) years of network or cybersecurity expertise
- Cyber specific certification or degree a plus
- Extensive knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, AWS, PAM, and SIEM technologies preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as Zscaler, Proofpoint, SumoLogic, and CrowdStrike preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of secure cloud network topology design and administration including LAN, WAN, and related technologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and processes to achieve commitments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills to all levels of the organization
- Process and technical documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver on objectives
Compensation and Benefits:
RxBenefits offers a competitive salary range of $111,200 - $130,000 annually, based on relevant market data and other factors. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
