Job Description
As a pediatric healthcare provider, you will work with children and adolescents to address a range of mental health issues, including addiction, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and depression or suicidal behavior. You will provide individualized care plans and work closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to achieve optimal outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Providing education and support to patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Evaluating patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- An active license in the state of practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 1-3 years of experience working in a clinical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate workflow with other team members.
