Key Responsibilities- Cook and execute proper plate presentation for menu items.
- Accommodate reasonable requests from members and guests.
- Perform required roles during fast-paced or emergency situations.
- Consistently use safe and sanitary food handling practices.
- Clean assigned workstation areas, preparation, and serving equipment.
- Notify Executive Chef or kitchen management in advance of expected product shortages.
