Job Summary:

  • Perform janitorial cleaning tasks to meet the highest quality standards and expectations of the Project Supervisor and customers.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas, including grounds and storage facilities.
  • Participate in mandatory training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain equipment, storage areas, and janitorial closets in a professional and organized manner.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner, adhering to dress code and attendance policies.
  • Report accidents and safety issues to the Project Supervisor immediately.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Comply with safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Supervisor or designee.

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Capacity to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Pass any required background checks.
