Job Description

Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of students, helping them overcome communication barriers and reach their full potential. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions tailored to each student's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency issues; develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
  • Deliver therapy, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans based on student needs.
  • Work alongside teachers, parents, and school staff to address and enhance communication.
  • Perform evaluations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to team meetings for planning.
  • Advocate for students, stay informed on new research, and engage in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Ohio Teaching Certification
  • Ohio SLP license
  • ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
