Wage: $19.00/hr
The employee will be tasked with maintaining cleanliness throughout the manufacturing facility, including duties such as disposing of waste, recycling materials, and safely managing spills.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining paint booths.
- Managing and disposing of hazardous materials generated during the manufacturing process.
- Recycling efforts to minimize waste.
- Operating a forklift as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
- Reporting any safety or quality concerns to the Team Leader.
- Following 5S principles (Sort, Set, Sweep, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain an organized workspace.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Carrying out tasks relevant to your designated work team.
- Assisting colleagues as required.
- Utilizing tools properly within the assigned team.
- Participating in team meetings to discuss progress and issues.
Qualifications
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A resume must be submitted with the application.
Candidates should be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
