Job Overview

- Conduct emergency repairs and routine maintenance on various systems and equipment.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to prolong the lifespan of all equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs to comply with regulatory standards.
- Stay informed about EPA regulations and ensure compliance in all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate effectively with the Chief Engineer and store management to address any facility-related issues.
- Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Qualifications

- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, with EPA certification preferred.
- Proficient in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems maintenance.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and engineering codes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- May require climbing ladders and performing tasks in various physical positions.
