The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is seeking a highly skilled Research Lab Manager to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for coordinating research projects, contributing to team research efforts, and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating research projects and contributing to team research efforts
• Ensuring the safe handling and disposal of samples
• Managing laboratory equipment and supplies
• Tracking project spending and projections
• Managing the laboratory's staff, including training and mentoring
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines

Requirements

A Master's degree and four years of job-related experience are required. Additional job-related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
