RKAA Architects, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Senior Architectural Project Leader. In this capacity, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, transforming initial design concepts into comprehensive construction documentation. This role demands a commitment of at least 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

· You will be responsible for supervising the creation of thorough construction documents and will serve as the primary liaison with engineering consultants involved in the project.

· It is essential to establish and uphold project timelines throughout the documentation phase and during the permit acquisition process.

· Effective communication with team members and consultants is crucial to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet all accuracy requirements.

Qualifications:

· A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in architecture, with prior experience as an Architectural Project Manager.

· Extensive understanding of building regulations, CAD standards, and procedural guidelines.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; familiarity with Revit is advantageous.

· Ability to thrive in a dynamic office environment, as our projects and clients require adherence to specific production timelines.

Incentives:

· A '$1,000 Signing Bonus' will be awarded to new hires upon successful completion of 90 days and a favorable performance evaluation.

Compensation:

· Salary will be determined based on your level of experience.
