POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Sales Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support for Hunting and Archery products, excluding firearms. This role focuses on assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries related to Hunting and Archery merchandise.
Key responsibilities include welcoming and engaging customers in a friendly manner, handling products with care, and offering information and guidance to enhance the shopping experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and efficient shopping environment by:
1. Assessing and understanding customer needs,
2. Recommending products tailored to customer preferences,
3. Promoting various programs such as membership benefits and in-store services.
Showcases products effectively to customers.
Maintains organization and presentation of merchandise within the retail space for non-firearm sales.
Restocks shelves according to merchandising standards.
Stays knowledgeable about product offerings and features.
